In Jb near City Sq, got salon at 2rd lvl shophouse. First shampon your hair in salon arm chair in the front by gal wearing very cooling clothes. Then wash your in the back cubic and ask you want extra services. Total damage from 100 to 150. Cheaper than SG, exchange rate good.
