Bro teach u a under table method.
Go hdb website and check under season parking.
Key in the vehicle no and can see which area he buy season parking at.
Although cannot really pin point exactly which block or unit he stay, at least u can camp at the carpark and search for his vehicle and wait for him to return to the vehicle.
