My experience is more of KL where I just regularly go to E2 spa and they parade the girls and you choose? (very straightforward)
Or is there a some kind of "code" here if I go to Cititel/Redrock to ask? (I have no OKT contact). And what is Royal? Do I just go to that hotel's spa and ask the front desk? (again, I have no OKT contact).
