It is very interesting to know that Category II – Establishments which obtain this type of license must be situated away from residential areas, schools and hospitals, these establishments can only employ Singapore and Malaysian citizens and residents.

Any bros here know which are the Cat 2 joints? Long time never been massage by a local or malaysian masseuse ever since those greedy moron closed down all the health centres across the country.

Seems like very restrictive conditions to operate but what is the gain? Cheaper licence?
