"I cut my knee-caps, removed every second broken plaster from the box, and stitched the rest together." should be referring to the main original full link being "cut" and having every "second broken plaster" taken out of it to from the clue, and the rest is "stiched" together to form the main links we get. So we need to put the appropriate bits of the clue back in the main link to get the full url.

Obviously the capitalization of the clue is significant, and it probably reveals what fragments to put in or take out in the main link. But that doesn't give a proper filehosting site url.

Am I on the right track? Super confused about the "second broken plaster" part and also what goes in where.
