Usually Sales Rep will have a one time 2x Lady Drinks added to your bill. This is standard practice in most places. There're no 30 minute Lady Drink blocks for Sales Rep.

No, u do not need to buy anymore ladydrinks for the sale rep/mamasan after the 2. Tips is up to u to give her depending on whether u r satisfy with her services. Bros who want the convenience of Thai ATM card but not has no work permit can do so at Bangkok Bank. Just need to do statutory declaration of your identity at your embassy. Bangkok Bank allows foreigner to open non-resident bank account with this document. ATM card also doubles up as BTS/Rabbit card. Do note that there is no internet/mobile banking services for non-resident bank account.

Others banks require work permit to open an account.
