No you can't say that. Screening does not prevent them from catching STDs.

Regular screenings for Licensed WLs are more for DETECTION.

Screening doesn't mean you can't catch it. Even if they're screened doesn't mean you won't get it from them either. Simple as that-you are always taking a risk when you go for FLs, WLs etc.

Actually most if not all licensed WL have some form of STI.

Scary but the truth. The number of customers they serve everyday only exposes them to STIs.

Every licensed WL have some form of medication whenever they get STIs such as chlamydia or gonorrhoea.

Yes, they do go for regular checks but regular checks doesn't mean they are free of all diseases. Even with condoms doesn't mean 100% safe. body fluids can also transmit.
